You can perform printing directly from your application. The printing procedure is the same whether the client and RIP server are the same computer or different computers.

1. Start your application, and then create a document to print or open an existing file to print.
2. Click File - Print.
   The Print window appears.
3. Select RolandVW (the nickname of the printer you want to output to) for the printer, and then click Advanced (or Properties).
   The Print Quality window appears.
4. Click Advanced.
   The [VersaWorks Advanced Options] window appears.
5. Set the media size.
6. If necessary, use Printer Function to set the way to process the jobs added to the RIP server.
7. Click OK.
8. Click OK in the Print Qualitywindow.
9. Click Print.
   The printing data is sent to the RIP server.
