This section explains how to save a VW job file (in which the printing settings information is saved) and the source data as a single file.

From the job list, select the job you printed.

Click
.
The Save As window appears.

Select VW Job + Source File for File type.

Enter the file name, and then click Save….
The VW job + source data is saved as a single file.
Tip:
- For jobs that were printed directly from the application, you will have to save the job in "VW job + source data file" format. For jobs that were printed directly from the application, deleting the job also deletes the source data at the same time. The reason for this is as follows: to load a VW job, the source data is also required, so if a job is not saved in the "VW job + source data file" format, it will not be possible to load the file.
- If you set the format to "VW job + source data file," the file size is larger than that when saving just the VW job file. However, this format also has the advantage of eliminating the need to save the source data separately.
