Setting the Drying Time after Printing

This section explains how to set the time for the media to dry. When set, this time must elapse before the next page is printed or cut. Depending on the model you are using, this setting may be disabled.

1. Click for the queue folder that you want to use.

   

   The Queue Properties window appears.
2. Click .
3. Select Use Custom Settings for Other Controls.
4. Set the Dry Time.
   Set the time (in minutes) to wait before printing the next page or cutting. For example, when you need the printed surface to be completely dry when performing printing and cutting, it is effective to set a long drying time.
5. Click OK.
   Tip: You can also configure the same setting in the Job Settings window.
