Printing while Processing by the RIP

Use the following procedure to configure the settings so that jobs are printed while they are processed by the RIP.

1. In the job list, double-click the job.
   The Job Settings window appears.
2. Click .
3. Select the RIP while Printing check box.
4. Click OK.
5. Click .
   Processing by the RIP and printing are performed at the same time.

   Tip:

   • The total processing time will be smaller than the sum of the time it takes to process by the RIP and print separately.
   • You can also configure the same setting in the Queue Properties window. Configuring the same setting in the Queue Properties window eliminates the need to configure this setting for each job.
