Scaling Jobs for Printing

This section explains how to configure the settings in order to scale jobs for printing.

1. In the job list, double-click the job.
   The Job Settings window appears.
2. Click .
3. Select the scaling method from Scaling.
   • Enter the value in Scale.

     Enlarges or reduces the job by the specified scaling factor.

   • Enter the value in W or H.

     Enlarges or reduces the job to the specified size. Entering one value will automatically set the other one.

   • Select the Fit to Media Size check box.

     Automatically enlarges or reduces the job to match the paper size set in Media Settings. The scaling factor changes depending on the job orientation specified with Direction under Print Quality.

   No matter what method you use, you cannot change the horizontal to vertical ratio.
4. Click OK.
   When you start printing, the job is printed with the set size.
