This section explains how to save only the printing settings information of the job (such as the job's source data information, the media width, the number of copies to print, and the profile) as a file.

From the job list, select the job you printed.

Click
.
The Save As window appears.

Select VW Job File for File type.

Enter the file name, and then click Save….
The file is saved.
Tip:
- Be sure to save the source data when you save a VW job file. You will not be able to open the VW job file if the source data is not present.
- For jobs that were printed directly from the application, you will have to save the job in "VW job + source data file" format.
