Step 1: Select the Spot Color

Before creating the spot color data in your application, select the color you want to use from the spot color library in VersaWorks and take note of the name of the spot color.

1. Click Edit - Spot Color Settings.
   The Spot Color Settings window appears.

   Tip: The Attribute field shows Preset for preset spot color libraries and User Defined for newly created spot color libraries.
2. Select the Spot Color Library Name from the Library List.
   You can check the following information:

   Spot Color Name	Color preview and spot color name
   Lab (or CMYK)	Color values defined in the library

   Tip: You can only check the details of spot color libraries whose Attribute is Preset. You can edit the details of spot color libraries with the User Defined attribute.
3. Take note of the name of the spot color that you want to use.
4. Click OK.
