A List of Error Messages


BAD POSITION

Pinch rollers are at positions where the material cannot be pinched.
Press the ENTER key, and lower the loading lever.

Move the pinch rollers to the correct positions, and load the material again.

Note: If the message appears even if the pinch rollers are moved to the correct positions, the machine may be exposed to direct sunlight or intense indoor lighting.

Turn off the power
, and move the machine where it is not exposed to direct sunlight or indoor lighting.

After moving the machine, turn on the power.


SHEET UNLOADED

Attempted to ready the machine without loading material. The material was removed when the machine was ready to perform cutting. The material came loose while cutting.
Press the ENTER key to clear the ERROR.

Load the material
, and then make the machine ready for cutting.

DATA OVERFLOW

The amount of data stored in the replot buffer is too large and REPLOT cannot be executed.
Clear the buffer once to reduce the data size, and execute REPLOT.

ORIGIN ERROR

The machine is exposed to direct sunlight or strong indoor lighting and was not able to detect the origin immediately after the power was switched on.
Turn off the power, and move the machine where it is not exposed to direct sunlight or indoor lighting. Then, turn on the power.


MOTOR ERROR

A heavy load was placed on the motor, and the operation stopped.
Turn off the power, lower the loading lever, and load the material again.

The following error messages are displayed when an error occurs in the data communication between the computer and the machine.

To clear the error, turn off the power and then back on.

Error 1:
WRONG COMMAND

An uninterpretable command was received.


Error 2:
WRONG NO.S

The number of parameters differs from the permissible number.


Error 3:
OUT OF RANGE

The specified parameter value is outside the permissible range.


Error 15:
RS-232ERR

A framing error, parity error, or overrun error occurred at the time of data reception.

Set the baud rate, parity, stop bit, and data bit correctly to match the settings on your computer.


Error 16:
BUFFER OVERFLOW

The I/O buffer overflowed.

Use a cable appropriate for the computer. Also, set the handshaking correctly.


Error 18:
IND.ERROR

Unidentified communication error occurred.
