Milling strategies default

If there are multiple templates for the same part type, the user can now specify which one is used as the default. A default template for an part type is automatically assigned to it when it is loaded into the blank.

First a material or group of materials must be selected

Machine (2)

After the material, select the machine for whose templates the default should to be changed.

Milling template default (3)

After the machine selection, in the list (3) under Default, double-click in the field next to the part type for which the default of the template is to be changed.

After the double-click, the drop-down list with the available templates for this object type opens.

If no template has yet been defined as a default for an part type, the line next to the object type is empty. To open the list of available templates, as described above, double-click in the empty field to open the drop-down list.
