After selecting a part in the graphics window, buttons are displayed in the graphics window, including defined views and undercut display.

Clicking the button the button rotates the view to the main machining direction of the cavity side.

 
Attention: for tilted parts this does not have to correspond to the view of the blank from below, this depends on the template settings.

If the occlusal insertion direction of the part is taken into account by a job in the template, this is considered the machining direction of the occlusal side.
 

The undercuts displayed by clicking the button result from the main machining direction of the cavity and occlusal side.
