Saving the Printed Job for Later Use
Printed jobs can have its setting information or RIP'ed data saved into
a file. These files can be loaded in VersaWorks Dual and are useful when
you have to print the same job with the same settings.
In VersaWorks Dual, you can save the following files.
RVWD Job File
RVWD Job + Source File
PRT File
RVWD Job File
A job file is a file which holds only the printing settings information
such as the information of source files, media width, number of copies,
profiles and so on. A source file itself is not included in an RVWD job
file. Therefore, you need to save the source file separately to reprint
the job using the RVWD job file.
Follow the procedure below to save an RVWD job file or print using an RVWD
job file.

In this particular case, the source file is the print data that
was sent to VersaWorks Dual. This print data is deleted when the
job is deleted and cannot be saved separately. Therefore, saving

job is deleted since the source file will be also deleted.
