RIP while Printing
Printing can be executed simultaneously while the job is being RIP'ed.
The total processing time will be smaller than the sum of the time it
takes to RIP and then print separately.
This function is effective in the following cases:
- When you print very large jobs
- When you cannot perform RIP'ing and printing separately because
of insufficient disk space
Follow the procedure below to perform RIP'ing and printing at the same
time.
- Select and double-click the job from the job list.
The [Job Settings] window appears.
- Click
, and then
select [RIP while Printing].
- Click [OK].
- Click
.
RIP'ing and printing are performed at the same time.
Tip
- Configuring this setting in [Job Management] of [Queue
Properties] window, will set the jobs to print while it is RIP'ing
without the need to set this option in [Job Settings].
