You can set an occlusal insertion direction for individual elements and bridges. As a result, parts that are highly angled, such as abutments or abutment bridges, can be machined more easily from both sides.

Set current view direction to the part as occlusal insertion direction (= machining direction). The new machining direction is indicated by a line on the part.
If an occlusal insertion direction has been defined, the undercut view will be generated according to the occlusal insertion direction and the main direction of the cavity side.

Rotate view to occlusal direction

View is rotated to the occlusal insertion direction.
