Creating a New Fixture

For most fixtures the necessary data is available.

Contact your vendor or support@fm-dental.com.

If you want to use your own holder, please send the STL model to your vendor or to the FOLLOW-ME! support.

In both cases, you will receive one/multiple fmdf file(s) and the associated STL file.

Create new machine holder definition

Save the received data in the <Fixtures> folder. By default, the folder will be at the following location:

C:\Users\Public\Documents\hyperDENTCPDB\fixtures

You can change the file path in the General Settings.

After the data has been saved, you can select the fixtures in hyperDENT. If hyperDENT is open, you need to restart the application.
