Deleting Jobs and Intermediate Files
Follow the procedure below to delete jobs or intermediate files after printing.

Follow the procedure below to delete the jobs selected from the job list.
You can select multiple jobs to be deleted. However, you cannot delete
individual jobs in a nested job.
- From the job list, select the job to be deleted.
To select multiple jobs, perform one of the following:
- While holding down the Shift key, click the first job,
and then click the last job.
- While holding down the Ctrl key, click the jobs one by
one.
- Drag over multiple jobs.
- Click .
The confirmation window appears.
Menu:[Job] - [Delete]
- Click [Yes].
The selected job is deleted.
Deleting the intermediate files of a job
Follow the procedure below to delete the intermediate files of a job.
- From the job list, select the job of which you want to delete
the intermediate files.
To select multiple jobs, perform one of the following:
- While holding down the Shift key, click the first job,
and then click the last job.
- While holding down the Ctrl key, click the jobs one by
one.
- Drag over multiple jobs.
- Click .
The RIP'ed data is deleted and the current settings from the [Queue
Properties] window are applied to the print settings of the
job.
