Installation Troubleshooting

If the following window appears, the installation is not complete. Click OK to close the window and then copy the necessary files according to the following procedure.

1. Windows XP
   On the task bar, click Start, and then click My Computer.
   
   Windows 98/Me/2000
   Double-click the My Computer icon on the desktop.
   
   
2. Right-click the CD-ROM icon, and then click Open.
   
   
3. Copy the two files (CutStudioPlugin_e.aip and CSAIPin_e.chm) in the PlugIn\AIPlugIn folder on the CD-ROM to the Plug-ins folder in the folder where Adobe Illustrator is installed.
