Checking the Machine Status

Execute a self test to check the status of the GX-24. Use this to check the GX-24 when it appears to be not operating correctly.
A computer is not required in order to carry out the self-test.
If the self test cannot be executed, the machine may have malfunctioned. Contact your authorized Roland DG Corp. dealer or service center.

1. Press the MENU key to display the screen in the figure.
   
   
   
   
2. Press the key several times to display the screen in the figure.
   
   
   
   
3. Press the key.
   Press the key.
   
   
   
   
4. Press the ENTER key to execute the initialization.
   Operations is normal if the figure shown below is cut.
