Changing the Blade Force

If the material was not cut correctly such as the two shapes peeling off together as a result of the cutting test, change the blade force.
Press the
FORCE key to display the screen for setting the blade force.

1. Make sure the PEN FORCE slider is centered (at "0" on the scale).
   
   
2. Press the FORCE key.
   
   
   
   
3. Press the key.
   Press the and keys to change the value.
   
   
   
   Press the ENTER key to enable the setting.
   
   
   
   
4. Press the MENU or key to go back to the screen in the figure.
   
   
   
   
   Fine-tuning the Blade Force
   After you set the blade force using the FORCE menu, you can further fine-tune the blade force using the PEN FORCE slider.
   You operate this when you want to make the blade force slightly larger or smaller than the setting made using the menu.
   
   Before you set the blade force using the FORCE menu, be sure to first move the PEN FORCE slider to its center setting (at "0" on the scale).
