A direct interface is available for certain machines. This allows you to start machining right away.

 

Alternatively, manually load the generated milling data from the PP output directory into the machine software.

 

 

Machines with direct interface:

 

DGShape DWX-4W

DGShape DWX-42W

DGShape DWX-52

 

The calculation window opens automatically after the calculation has been started.

 

Once the tools and the blanks have been loaded into the machine, the milling/grinding process can be started using the “Confirm and start machine processing” option.

 

 

Note:

The tool names in the V-panel must match those in hyperDENT. If this is not the case, they are highlighted in red and it will not be possible to start the machine.

To do so, open the V-panel with machine_32 and adjust the tool name. If the names match, they are highlighted in green.
