Cutting in Tool Mode (2)

Send Cutting Data and Perform Alignment

 

1. Send cutting data.

    

2. The screen shown in the figure appears.

   

3. Remove the blade holder and install the alignment tool.

   The alignment tool is installed in the same way as the blade holder.

   

   • Install the Blade Holder

4. When installation is complete, press .

   The tool moves to a position near the bottom left crop mark and stops, and the screen shown in the figure appears.

   

5. Use the buttons to align the tip of the alignment tool with tool mark 1.

   Hold down the alignment tool gently from above, and check that the tip of the alignment tool overlaps with the tool mark.

   

6. Press .

   The tool moves to a position near the bottom right crop mark, and the screen shown in the figure appears.

   

   • To redo alignment

7. Align the tip of the alignment tool with tool mark 2.

   

8. Press .

   The tool moves to a position near the upper left crop mark, and the screen shown in the figure appears.

   

9. Align the top left and top right tool marks in the same way.

   

10. After aligning mark 4, press .

    The screen shown in the figure appears.

    

11. Remove the alignment tool and install the blade holder.

    

12. Press .

    

     

13. Press .

    Cutting starts.

     

14. To redo alignment

    Pressing the key during alignment makes it possible to return to the previous screen and redo the alignment procedure.
